Policies
To ensure maximum enjoyment for our guests:
- Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm. Arrivals after 6 pm require prior arrangements. Please make arrangements in advance for a late arrival.
- Check-out time is 12 pm.
- Rates are for two adults and include breakfast for two.
- Sorry, the property is not suitable for children.
- Deposit of 1 nights stay is due at time of reservation. Full room charge due two weeks prior to first night of reservation.
- Cancellations must be requested two weeks prior to the first night of the reservation in order to receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee per room. Cancellations made within two weeks of the first night of the reservation will receive a gift certificate to use up to one year from the date of the original reservation. Payment received for the original reservation will be retained by the B and B as payment for the gift certificate.
- We accept visa, mastercard, cash or local check.
- We are happy to accommodate special needs and requests if possible. We kindly request notification of such needs and requests as well as any allergies to food or environment at the time of booking.
- Sorry, no pets.
- The property is entirely smoke-free.
- Throughout the year 2-night minimums are required. However please inquire as single nights are sometimes available during the winter months and mid-week during high season.
- 2-night minimum is required for most weekends and around the following holidays/events:
· New Years Eve,
· Valentine’s Day,
· Sand Castle Festival,
· Memorial Day,
· July 4th,
· Labor Day,
· Thanksgiving;
· Christmas.
