• Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm. Arrivals after 6 pm require prior arrangements. Please make arrangements in advance for a late arrival.

• Deposit of 1 nights stay is due at time of reservation. Full room charge due two weeks prior to first night of reservation.
• Cancellations must be requested two weeks prior to the first night of the reservation in order to receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee per room. Cancellations made within two weeks of the first night of the reservation will receive a gift certificate to use up to one year from the date of the original reservation. Payment received for the original reservation will be retained by the B and B as payment for the gift certificate.

• Throughout the year 2-night minimums are required. However please inquire as single nights are sometimes available during the winter months and mid-week during high season.
• 2-night minimum is required for most weekends and around the following holidays/events:

·         Sand Castle Festival,

·         Memorial Day,

·         July 4th,

·         Labor Day,

·         Thanksgiving;

·         Christmas.
